Yes. Generous provides an export feature on many screens throughout the platform, including donor lists and donation transactions. Data exports in Excel format or CSV for easy import into your CRM of choice. Our platform also allows you to import data from your CRM.

No. Generous is an online fundraising platform designed to interface with other systems such as your CRM. However, some smaller organisations may find the donor management features in Generous enough to serve as a donor database until they have a need for a fully fledged CRM.

Yes, Generous allows import from Excel or CSV file. It’s good to know that there is no cost for imported transactions or offline transactions recorded in Generous.

No. Offline donations can be recorded or imported into Generous, but there is no cost per transaction.
